    I will try n c if I can do dis xercise how many times per week should it be done thanks for sharing

      It depends on your goal. If you have some pelvic floor weakness, it’s good to practice exercises six times per week. Mix it up. Maybe try the 30 day challenge here on the channel which offers one pelvic floor exercise and one relaxation exercise each day for 30 days. It gets progressively harder each week so you can take your time if it’s too challenging and eventually move on to the more difficult exercises when your body is ready. Make sense?

      It depends. You should skip the exercise if you can’t do it without bearing down or feeling symptomatic. Check with your pelvic floor physiotherapist if you are unsure.

      It depends on which stage of pelvic floor training you are in. If you already have good contract ability in all parts and can hold the contraction, just breathe as is comfortable for you
