It depends on your goal. If you have some pelvic floor weakness, it’s good to practice exercises six times per week. Mix it up. Maybe try the 30 day challenge here on the channel which offers one pelvic floor exercise and one relaxation exercise each day for 30 days. It gets progressively harder each week so you can take your time if it’s too challenging and eventually move on to the more difficult exercises when your body is ready. Make sense?
